The town, as authorized by law, vote of the qualifiedelec- tors, and ordinances of the Town Council duly and regularly a- dopted, has irrevocably pledged that it will make annual levies of taxes without limitation as to rate or amount upon all the taxable property within the town in amounts sufficient to pay tbe principal of an Interest on the bonds of this Issue as the same shall become due.
